Dolancing was started up with the vision to connect freelancers & clients effectively from around the world on a simple and cost-effective platform. This platform would help in utilising the excess pool of talent from emerging markets such as India, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and many more places which would economically solve the problem of talent crisis generally observed in markets such as UK, USA, etc.
